1. Your Till Receipt is Your Gift Voucher – This is your proof of purchase. 2. Monetary Value Gift: This can be redeemed in The Watson, The Library Café and Cocktail Bar and Frames Pool Hall. 3. Where the product being purchased is of a higher value than the Gift Voucher amount being redeemed, the customer will pay the difference. 4. If the full value of the Gift Voucher is not redeemed entirely, the balance will remain on your voucher until spent. 5. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be exchanged for cash. 6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase new Gift Vouchers for any the three venues. 7. Gift Vouchers have a 1year expiry from date of purchase. 8. Gift Vouchers have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Gift Vouchers will not be redeemed or replaced if lost.
